As a kid, I have a language disability that makes it hard for me to communicate. I work with a speech therapist just to say basic sentences. Speaking doesn’t come naturally to me… I have to learn how to make people listen.

It takes years of help before I overcome this hurdle. Speaking becomes easy and fun.
​
When I start my career in marketing, I think being good at my job would be enough to move up. I work hard. I deliver results. But I quickly realize something frustrating:
